75bet Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1. General Provisions

Welcome to 75bet. These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User") and the 75bet platform ("Platform"), available at 75bet.life and its subdomains. By accessing, creating an account, or using any service made available on the Platform, the User confirms having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

75bet is a Sports Betting and online entertainment platform designed exclusively for the Brazilian market. All services are offered in compliance with applicable Brazilian legislation governing the online entertainment sector.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and with the Responsible Gambling of 75bet, which form an integral part of the Platform's general terms of use.

2. Registration and User Account

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account at 75bet, the User must:

• Be 18 years of age or older, verified by a valid government-issued ID;
• Be a legal resident of Brazil;
• Hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Provide an active email address and a valid Brazilian mobile number;
• Not have any other account registered on 75bet under any name, email, or ID document;
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list on the Platform.

2.2 One Account per User

Only one account is permitted per CPF, email address, mobile number, residential IP address, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts — under any pretext — is a serious violation of these Terms and subjects the User to the immediate cancellation of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances obtained through bonuses or promotions used on those accounts.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

75bet is required to verify the identity of its users as a security and compliance measure. The verification process ("KYC") is mandatory for:

• First withdrawal request;
• Withdrawals exceeding R$ 500.00 in any given period;
• When triggered by the fraud prevention system.

The process involves submitting a photo of a government-issued ID (RG or CNH, front and back) along with a selfie holding the document. The review is completed within 24 business hours. While verification is pending, withdrawals are temporarily suspended — but you can continue using the Platform normally.

2.4 Account Access Responsibility

The User is solely responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity carried out under their account. 75bet is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from the User's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials. If unauthorized access is suspected, the User must contact support immediately.

3. Deposits

3.1 Accepted Methods

75bet accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:

• Pix — Instant, available 24/7, no fee;
• Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário) — Settlement within up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit/Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo; installment credit available;
• PicPay — Via direct integration with the PicPay app;
• Mercado Pago — Via integration with the Mercado Pago ecosystem;
• TED Transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks.

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 for all available methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the Platform; limits imposed by the User's financial institution may apply.

3.3 Deposit Credits

Pix deposits are credited automatically within seconds of payment confirmation. Boleto deposits are credited after bank clearance, which may take up to 1 business day. Card deposits are processed instantly for debit cards; credit card transactions may undergo fraud analysis, which can take up to 15 minutes.

3.4 Currency

All deposits, balances, and transactions at 75bet are processed exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL, symbol R$). Deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals at 75bet are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key registered in the User's own name and linked to the CPF used to sign up on the Platform. Withdrawals to third-party Pix keys are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal request amount is R$ 30.00. 75bet does not charge any withdrawal fees. Any banking fees charged by the receiving bank are the User's responsibility.

4.3 Processing Time

For accounts with approved identity verification (KYC), the average processing time for Pix withdrawals is less than 5 minutes. Withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays.

In exceptional cases — security review, additional identity confirmation, or unusual withdrawal volume — processing may take up to 24 hours. In such cases, the User will be notified by email and through the Platform's chat.

4.4 Real Balance vs. Bonus Balance

Only the balance classified as "real balance" in the account dashboard is available for withdrawal. The "bonus balance" must meet the applicable rollover requirement before it can be converted into real balance. The dashboard displays both balances separately in real time.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions available at 75bet are intended for users who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each offer. The welcome bonus is exclusive to new registrations on their first deposit. Each User is entitled to redeem the welcome bonus once, tied to their CPF.

5.2 Rollover Requirement

Every bonus granted by 75bet is subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") before the bonus balance can be converted into real balance available for withdrawal. The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount received, not on the deposit.

• Sports Bonus: 5x rollover on the bonus amount, with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection, within a 30-day period;
• Casino Bonus: 30x rollover on the bonus amount, within a 30-day period;
• Poker Bonus: progressive release based on rake generated, within a 90-day period.

5.3 Bets That Count Toward Rollover

For the sports bonus, the following count toward rollover completion:

• Single bets with odds of 1.50 or higher;
• Accumulator bets where each individual selection has odds of 1.50 or higher;
• Live bets under the same minimum odds conditions;
• Bets on any sports format available on the Platform.

The following do not count toward rollover: bets cancelled due to event suspension, bets on markets with odds below 1.50, and bets whose event is postponed or abandoned without an official result.

5.4 Bonus Cancellation

Any unreleased bonus balance (incomplete rollover) will be automatically cancelled in the following situations:

• Withdrawal of the original deposit amount before rollover completion;
• Rollover period expiring before the requirement is fully met;
• Detection of bonus abuse, such as placing bets on opposing outcomes to artificially meet rollover requirements;
• Account closure or suspension due to Terms violation.

6. Sports Betting

6.1 Bet Acceptance

75bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are confirmed once the system records the ticket and displays the confirmation on the User's screen. Bets pending confirmation are not considered valid.

6.2 Odds Errors

If an odds price is published with a clear error — a value obviously inconsistent with the real market due to a technical fault, human error, or a defective data feed — 75bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at the incorrect odds and return the staked amount to the User's balance. "Clear error" is defined as odds deviating by more than 50% from the market value verifiable on independent sources at the same point in time.

6.3 Cancellation Due to Event Suspension

If a sporting event is cancelled, suspended, abandoned, or postponed before an official and final result is produced, pre-game bets are cancelled and the staked amount is fully refunded. For live bets, markets already settled with an official partial result are kept; the remaining ones are cancelled and refunded.

6.4 Multiple Bets

In parlay bets, if one or more events are cancelled, the ticket is recalculated excluding those events — the final odds are adjusted proportionally. The ticket remains valid with the remaining events, provided at least 2 selections are still active.

6.5 Betting Limits & Withdrawal of Winnings

75bet may apply betting limits per event, market, or user. Winnings from bets placed with real balance have no withdrawal limit. Winnings derived exclusively from bonus balance are subject to the rollover conditions described in Section 5.

7. Casino, Poker & Other Games

7.1 Game Availability

75bet offers live casino games, slots, crash games, and poker, provided by licensed third-party software providers. Game availability may vary due to scheduled maintenance, provider updates, or regulatory restrictions.

7.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session — internet disconnection, server error, or live casino stream interruption — 75bet applies the following policies:

• Slots: any interrupted round is cancelled and the bet amount is returned to the balance;
• Live Casino: results of rounds already completed by the dealer are upheld; rounds in progress at the time of the interruption are cancelled and refunded;
• Crash games: the bet amount is refunded if the crash occurs during a verified technical failure;
• Poker: hands in progress during a server failure are handled according to the specific table rules in effect at that moment.

7.3 Progressive Jackpots

Progressive jackpots available on 75bet are provided by third-party suppliers, and the accumulated amount is determined by each provider's system. 75bet does not guarantee minimum jackpot values and is not responsible for disputes regarding progressive jackpot outcomes beyond the resolution mechanisms established by the game provider.

8. User Conduct

8.1 Prohibited Use

The following are expressly prohibited for 75bet Users:

• Creating multiple accounts under any pretext;
• Use the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Use automated software (bots), scripts, or tools that manipulate the Platform's behavior;
• Exploiting system bugs or glitches for personal gain without reporting them to 75bet;
• Placing combination bets on opposing outcomes solely to artificially meet bonus rollover requirements;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to third parties;
• Using third-party data without authorization to create an account or carry out transactions;
• Attempt to interfere with the integrity of any game outcome or sporting event.

8.2 Consequences of Violations

Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balance, withholding of funds for investigation, and in serious cases, reporting to the relevant authorities. 75bet fully cooperates with Brazilian law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigations of illegal activity.

9. Responsible Gambling

75bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits, set by the User themselves;
• Session alerts: Notifications after extended periods of continuous Platform use;
• Temporary block: Voluntary suspension for a period of 24 hours to 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanent account closure with a ban on creating new accounts.

Use of the Platform by anyone under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited. 75bet applies age verification during the KYC process and may request additional proof at any time. Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be immediately closed.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure Initiated by the User

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting 75bet support. Upon closure, any available real balance will be returned via Pix after identity verification. Bonus balance not yet converted to real balance will be cancelled with no possibility of refund.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by 75bet

75bet may suspend or close an account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraud, use of false information, or any attempt to manipulate results;
• Opening multiple accounts;
• Suspicion of money laundering or illicit activity;
• Bonus or promotion abuse;
• Self-exclusion request by the User;
• Inactivity for more than 24 months with no available balance.

If 75bet closes an account due to fraud or a breach of these Terms, the bonus balance will be cancelled and the deposit balance will be subject to review and audit before any potential refund.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The processing of Users' personal data by 75bet is governed by the Privacy Policy of the Platform, drafted in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Personal data is collected and processed exclusively for:

• User account creation and maintenance;
• Identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention;
• Deposit and withdrawal processing;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;
• Communication about services and promotions (subject to consent).

Users' personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Users have the right to request access, correction, portability, or deletion of their personal data at any time through 75bet support.

12. Limitation of Liability

75bet is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed by the User;
• Service interruptions due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond the Platform's control;
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third parties (banks, payment processors);
• Unauthorized access to the User's account resulting from the User's own negligence in protecting their credentials;
• Betting decisions made based on third-party information, including analyses and tips published on the Platform itself, which are provided for informational purposes only.

Under no circumstances shall 75bet's total liability to an individual User exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the liability.

13. Changes to These Terms

75bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes at least 7 (seven) days in advance by email and through a notice on the Platform, except where urgent changes are required by legal or regulatory obligation.

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated Terms. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must close their account before the effective date of the amendments.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the date of the last update indicated at the top of the document.

14. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable Brazilian law. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of 75bet that cannot be settled amicably through Platform support, the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby elected as the sole jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
